Need interoperability between go-language circuit primitives and file-based circuit primitives #475

There is currently no way to, for example, create a circuit channel in Go and 
have it show up in the file system so that other processes can access it. 
Either a process uses the file-based approach or it uses the Go-language 
approach. These should really be part of the same namespace.
