Deploy documentation #112

Added nbdev's deploy.yaml file that deploys the documentation into github pages, for that needed to edit setup.py file and to add the path of spanner_workbench to sys.path in order for nbdev_preview to be able to find it no matter where its running from.

also edited the path of the grammar file in the session.ipynb so that it can be ran as a notebook and as a python and either way the path will be correct.

In order to be able to see the documentation you need to enable github pages from your end.
