WatchList Filter Broken #16

With https://github.com/Deantwo/HazeronWatcher/commit/24300595905d02e2c56fc56e6b5f762187e2e260 the Avatar WatchList category filter was broken.

This list needs to be dynamically updated just like the Avatar context menu WatchGroup list.
