Spectator view artifacts in (V)CTF #4

Sometimes the following representation is shown to game spectators in a (V)CTF match: image

Roughly speaking, this seems to happen when there's activity regarding the flag (taken, dropped...), but I can't be 100% sure. Also, it doesn't happen in equal frequency on all maps.

This is something very weird, and it doesn't seem to be related to UTComp upon closer inspection. Closing.
