Stadiums before FIFA 14 #3

Before FIFA 14, stadiums files were handled differently. Both model and textured were packed to one .rx3 file named stadiumcontainer(id)_(weather).rx3 So considering that this is still in development, ask to handle this, because older Importer/Exporter plug-ins weren't able to texture such models at all.

Sorry I have been busy with the entrance exam preparation lately so I stopped visiting GitHub.

First priority comes to F14-F16 and the conversion of the rest comes later as jumping straight to conversion to older FIFA titles would be more challenging. So it will be on the to-do list.
