Add Folia Support #25

Folia is a new fork of Paper that adds regionized multithreading to the server.

Plugins need to be rewrited specifically to work with Folia.

It would be great to see UnexpectedSpawn with Folia support!

Firstly, I would like it but... since I am not used to Folia Server or have never used it cause it's focused on multi-threading processing. I wonder if it's even possible to run folia in normal specs PC. If you have any experience or knowledge, please share it with me.
