This commit contains

translation of lec6a, but not revised yet
reformat the original eng subs into ones that are easy to read and translate
a new dir to store the formated subs

ps: I applied for translating lec 6 about 1 year ago. Sorry for waiting so long : (

Repo结构发生了变化，能不能重新 fork & PR 一下？

Okay 因为原版字幕时间分的很细，而且断句不按标点，就用脚本将原版字幕格式化成一个时间分片对应的是完整的一句话格式化字幕放在一个新的目录里不合适，可能应该把它们放在SrtCn的目录举例来说，以lec7b.eng.srt这样的形式来存放，翻译过的是lec7b.chn.srt，最后的整合版本为lec7b.srt
