Copy Paste of non-latin text #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type a non-latin message in Exodus chat window
2. Before sending it copy a part of the message by selecting it with mouse
and pressing Copy button or just Ctrl-C
3. Send the message and then try to paste what you have copied. It will
paste a blank line. Though if you try to paste in some other application it
will paste what you have copied.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should copy paste any text.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.1.0, 0.10.0.0 (WinXP SP2, WinXP SP3)

Please provide any additional information below.
Seems like a part of all problems Exodus has with non-latin chars. (Hotkeys
has similar issue)

Non-latin could be russian, lithuanian and probably more other languages.
