muted audio when answering call

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable call answer tools
2. receive call and answer
3. audio is muted. Toggling speaker enables audio

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
normal not muted audio when answering

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
tools 4.1
Android 2.2

Please provide any additional information below.
htc evo android 2.2 , rooted, nand unlock, Fresh 3.1.2 rom, netarchy 4.1.1

I'm not going to support any issues that occur on rooted phones.  You're on 
your own there.

If it is reproducible on a non-rooted phone, please open a new bug report and 
send me debug logging that captures the issue.  FWIW, I haven't observed this 
on my Droid since the 2.2 update (or before that on 2.1) or received any other 
reports about this issue.
