Replace iptables with nftables #21

Nftables syntax is clearer plus the nftables packages comes with a service and conffile by default, avoiding if-up scripts.

I am sorry for the very long time and still not adopting or rejecting this pull request. I will be soon dropping the iptables bit from the image creation (choosing a different way to authenticate / present to users), so it makes no sense anymore to switch over to nftables.
