Failed on installing Scarlet MacOS Sonoma #185

I can't install scarlet after the OS upgrade to Sonoma. I installed on mac the last version of ScarletCloud but when trying to install scarlet on iphone I receive this error: Failed installing scarlet: failed installing: receive packet: ApplicationVerificationFailed (Failed to verify code signature of /var/installd/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installd.staging/temp.ZHH68g/extracted/Payload/Scarlet.app: Oxe8008017 (A signed resource has been added, modified, or deleted.))

Does someone knows how to fix it?

I tried the build you send but the error is not fixed, still the same problem (I deleted the previous version with appcleaner to be sure everything was clean before than try your build)

iam have the same problem with the new build too 14 Sonoma and iOS 17.0

I did confirm that this build does write the P12 and mobileprovision in the same config folder and signs the app properly, so tell me how it goes 😎

I tried the version you just drop out but the issue is not solved. I still get the same error. Is it possible is a different problem than just the release?

I'm pushed out a new build a few minutes ago it adds in:

  • Working JIT below iOS 17 (I'll work on support for iOS 17 during the weekend)
  • Better+Faster app refresh
  • iPhone can talk to itself while wired as it can wireless, meaning both will have the same features and consistency
  • Multiple bug fixes, including one where in some cases the device needed a wired connection before being allowed to do wireless

I did confirm that this build does write the P12 and mobileprovision in the same config folder and signs the app properly, so tell me how it goes 😎

Nope not related to iOS 17 - somehow the system either thinks it doesn't have permission to access the mobileprovision file or that it doesn't exist

Are you sure you have the latest update installed ? Delete the other ScarletCloud you have including the config folder

so every file is in his place but also not signing the apps

  • does the mobileprovision and p12 file show in the config folder, when attempting to install scarlet ?

I went to applications, scarlet, content, mac os theres only scarlet no config folder.

The main issue is solved, the mobileprovision in some cases wasn't accessible which caused the "couldn't find mobileprovision" message.

The other issue mentioned is because the generated certificate has some sort of conflict with the version of OpenSSL, I need someone to send a P12 from their config folder that has the issue to confirm a fix: "routines:d2i_AutoPrivateKey_legacy:unsupported public key type:crypto/asn1/d2i_pr.c:208:

0060091500700000:error:0308010C:digital envelope"

Confirmed fixed, thanks to @alkhany1 for providing a certificate to test on, now it's able to sign it just fine

It was an issue where OpenSSL 3 no longer supports the old certificate algorithms which some Apple certificates could be generated with. If no bugs are reported 24 hours after this update I'll close this issue

Ah, I forgot to make ScarletCloud use the fixed static library. But did confirm that the changes work with the library

Now it's pushed properly, sorry again 😅

I built it again, Golang has an issue where it caches the builds I'm hoping that's the cause like it was in the past :,)

I have signed the app with the same certificate in bullfrog and install it then it Hase connect with my macOS wirelessly with wirguard but at end given me aproplem when install (Failed creating client handshake)
