11 months ago Paid developer accounts do have a limit on number of certificates. Scarlet doesn't revoke paid developer certificates because it's often used for business
Use the "Export Account" option on the normal version of Scarlet, it lets you easily export and use your certificate https://docs.usescarlet.com/scarlet/certificates-developer-login
Always says "You already have a current iOS Development certificate or a pending certificate request" when trying to install. I'm using a paid developer account, so I don't have a limit for certificates
