Allow for signing up to 3 apps #238

I noticed the sideloadly can sign 3 apps since they don't require you to download their app and they also have auto-refreshing. I thought the reason for the app would be because you can refresh the app without it but sideloadly for a way around this, I was wondering if this would be possible?

It's called ScarletCloud because the point is installing the scarlet app. A new redesign for the computer method is coming along with a rename that'll make it optional
