Windows .exe closes instantly

When I open it, Command Promt opens for half a second and closes instantly. Are there any log Files?

This is related to graphic drivers, search 'OpenGL' in closed issues and you'll find the DLL. Pretty much some computers use old versions of OpenGL that fyne doesn't support (the GUI library I use)

Well, now it says "This Apple ID cannot be used for development with Xcode." Is there another option? Because on my phone it doesn't install because the "integrity could not be verified".

Scarlet direct is revoked that's why you can't install it, no other on-device installer will work (they all use the same enterprise certificates)

The computer method gives you error messages directly from Apple's GSA API so if it doesn't work nothing else will. Make sure your using a good appleId, preferably one that you already use

I think the reason could be the latest Windows Update. It is really messed up. Programs not working, WLAN Adapter isn't being recognized,... (I am not the only person with this problems)
