Actions Worflow Migration to V2

The documentation, the examples, and the repository build are now migrated to the new GitHub Actions V2.

hey @mattvv Sorry about this. I didn't received the notify about this PR and I dismembered it. @lusoalex just took care about it and a complete update of the Action to be aligned with the latest requirements by GitHub.
