Windows Desktop program does not launch #518

I install MultiDroidNotifier-0.5.1-x86 and it does not launch

I am on Windows 7 32-bit, 4gb RAM

Yes, I am sure I installed 32bit version.
Yes, I am sure I installed, restarted, uninstalled, restarted, installed, 
restarted

I just doesnt launch, I click the startmenu icon and no system tray icon 
appears.

Checked my windows firewall and even manually added a permission for it.

Please help as this seems to be the best notification app.
