Insight 4 means you draw 1 card. If you have a card that does nothing but just replace itself, then it is not worth putting into any deck. There are exceptions of course (deck thinning and combo with other cards), but these exceptions don't apply here. Either give this card a little bit grow a bit more insight or reduce cost to 0 (then it is a deck thinner)
