the name can be changed, this is some dragon that needs some mysticism flavor, cleansing would be more like everyone is killed, but this dragon kills 1 target every turn. The other dragons are either nature or mixed mysticism+nature, this is only mysticism and should be something that fits in, wizard dragon, spirit dragon, undead dragon etc..
