Every time you vote, the page jumps #316

Just annoying issue - height of something changes based on content, so the entire page jumps up or down every time I vote, this is just a mildly annoying inconvenience

Additionally - Maybe make it so the card and the vote buttons fit inside the same viewport, always, so I dont have to sometimes scroll down and up in order to see the card title, or to vote. This again is mildly infuriating.
