For grant purposes it would be a good idea to create an ignite plugin that:

[x] Generates clients using https://github.com/DecentralCardGame/protoc-gen-cosmosCsharp
[x] Generates queries
[x] Generates a client combining all that
[x] Generates a unity3D compatible client

In the future we could incorporate this into ignite cli via a PR @PatrickWieth, thoughts?

This should become way easier now, since I cleaned up code generation and removed dirty hacks.
