No.

700+ transmitters online and growing 4000+ subscribers registered about 3000 messages transported per day

And if out of 10 people asking this question just one would submit a useful pull request, these stats would look even better ;-)

yea but i mean the codebase hasn't been updated in years. Apparently the app doesn't run on modern android phones. The hardware that was being sold for the pi is no longer being made. Also there is mention of a v2 project but no where to be seen. This is concerning especially as you say if there are so many people dependent on this service but the development has stopped this will come crumbling down unexpected when a new update gets released for example
