Distribute the game with a city design for every city

• Make sure the game comes with a city design for every city.
• Name the design 'demo'
• Add a help message telling privates to type "/load demo" in order to have an example city built for them.

Thanks to a map pack created by Rushing, most cities now have a default city design which can be loaded by typing:

/load demo

Still need to add designs for some cities and still need to add a newbie tip so that people are aware of this.

When a player joins a city as Mayor, the following Newbie Tip can be displayed as a line of text in the chat area:

Did you know: You can load an example city design by typing: /load demo

The purpose of this is to try and give confused new players a way to see what it is they are supposed to try and build.

As a side note, two separate issues need to be created:

• When saving a city, the location of all defensive items should also be saved and restored when the city is loaded. (Right now, when a new player loads a demo city, their city is "orbable" but they have no defence to keep them alive long enough to experience some fun action. They just load a city and die in the very near future unless someone is nice enough to give them time to setup turrets, etc... )
• A separate issue should be created for the purpose of developing a City Design Management Interface. The /load and /save commands were added to test the functionality of city saving, but there should be buttons on the interface to make this easier for players (it would be nice if they could preview the design they are about to load, but at a minimum, they need to see a list of their designs so they can load them! Now players need to remember what they named their city, or check their "cities" folder which is inconvenient)
