Distribute the game with the server #39

Right now the only way to host a Battle City Server is to download the source code and compile. Instead, the server should be distributed with the game so any user can double-click it to launch their own server.

The latest version now comes with the server! (The client still needs to be modified so that players have the ability to select a server, but I will close this since that is in another issue.)
