Crack.cc and crack.cc collide on Mac OSX

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to clone the Mercurial repository or untar the tarball on OS X

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The clone should be successful or the untar should give me all files.

Instead, the clone fails with:

abort: case-folding collision between crack.cc and Crack.cc

and the untar leaves me with only crack.cc.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest Mercurial, and 0.2.1 tar.gz.

Please provide any additional information below.

This will obviously also be a problem on Windows.

This particular issue has been fixed in the new "osx" branch. I'm closing this 
issue in favor of issue #61 which will track OSX progress
