cmake build items #69

have cmake check for libcwd, if present define GOT_CWD during compile, link 
libCrackLang and stub to libcwd

this is pushed, but has issues during link. pumphaus as volunteered to look at 
this and clean up cmake code in general.

changing title as we've determined libcwd support in cmake is as good as it 
gets for .4. but there are still two cmake items:

* support for -DWITHOUT_CWD to disable an autodetected cwd install
* symlink crackc -> crack binary on install
