Add car reset #56

Add car reset functionality so when tumbling upside down you can reset to back to track.

Currently does not move the car except upwards. At some point should move the car to the road, but there are currently no logic for finding where the road is.

Having a road path or something like that needs to be implemented first and it must work with every track / stage.
