Due to the V3 removal and V5 lacking an alternative, the endpoint for Twitch subscriber emotes is currently broken.

DecAPI's /twitch/subscriber_emotes endpoint is currently broken, due to Twitch API V3 being removed and neither V5/new Twitch API has an alternative. It'll stay broken for the time being while I update it to use a 3rd party API. No ETA on when that will happen.
