PDA screen 'Fruit Effects' must better illustrate what crops "likes / dislikes" #7

In the current 'Fruit Effects' screen, it is not obvious what information it states.

It should more clearly illustrate what the crops can take of synthetic fertilizer, and what type of herbicide that would cause it to "pause growth" or wither.

Have added a header-line for now, showing "Likes, Dislikes". For better readability, there should be columns.
