Uncorrect Default Video Encoding CODEC #2

Hi. the Default video codec set in this ROM is H264, but DoogeeX5 max pro does't support H264 hardware encoding (see chipset mediatek specifications). So the correct video codec that should be set as default must be mpeg4. In attachment, properties of videos encoded in software h264 (9 fps) and in hardware mpeg4 (22fps) video_default_camera_codec_h264 video_snap_camera_hdr_codec_mpeg4

I forgot, maximum hardware encoding size is 720p (1280x720) not 1080p (1980x1080). I think these settings have to be changed in media_profiles.xml:
