Unfortunately, not all 'renamed' objects registered.

Content changes

removed TOCs
Changed wording on Premade README, added urls
burn -> discard mechanics - in name only, not fully resolve #78

Site-related changes

all docs are now in docs/src
bulleting needs to be 4 spaces, not 3
added automation - when triggered by specific actions, will refresh hosted site: .github/workflows/publish.yml
