Revamp powers automation #158

[X] Rewrite script as object oriented
[x] gen new versions of md/csv
[ ] add export to bestiary

Ready for review with new versions of automation script and output md files. I plan to hold off on writing the Bestiary conversion pending a target md and/or html spec y'all would like to see.
