Normalize code: Trying to adopt a 1 class per file convention and make for ease of reading/contribution

[X] yml -> yaml for consistency
[X] Split code to be more modular
[x] Add step to eliminate double periods
[x] Add feature to handle notes for some markdown sections (e.g., only one discard mechanic)
[X] Introduce bestiary class
[ ] Bestiary markdown export
[ ] Player sheet export? or perhaps temporary spreadsheet export for printing
[ ] PC validator - code to check if PC yaml observes all rules (XP, mod bounds, etc)
[x] Check all functionality

Markdown use

Discard mechanics

[X] Add discard mechanics to Powers list
[X] Revise Discard mechanic language to be more attractive as was unused in alpha testing
