Rename "Energy Points" as "Fate Points" #39

Replace all instances of Energy Points and EP with Fate Points and FP.

Fate Points are used to perform Powers. They can be regained on Quick Rests, Full Rests, or by exchanging one Fate Card for one Fate Point as an action.
