Automate hard wrap to 88char - gh-actions? #41

We've adopted a hard wrap on markdowns to make it easier to look at diffs. Can github actions automate that without breaking links?

Personally, I use a sublime shortcut, but we should reduce technical requirements for contributors where possible. Idea inspired by black opinionated formatting
