Mismatch with CRAN DesignLibrary and CRAN DeclareDesign #261

Hi Y'all,

@nahomi and I ran into this problem (below) as we work to translate the Learning Days Slides into Spanish. Resolved using GitHub version of DesignLibrary. Just FYI.

 object ‘draw_inquiries’ is not exported by 'namespace:DeclareDesign'

Thanks Jake, and good idea on using GH version. CRAN is not accepting new submissions until September 1 so we'll have it updated shortly after that I hope.
