Add documentation to dashboard #36

It might be nice to add some short documentation for each tool in the home page, or on each of the tool pages, how it works. The tooltips can also be used for this, they are currently incomplete.

Documentation has been updated considerably now (see documentation branch); I'll go from there to look what has to be in the streamlit app
