Avoid trashing function analysis for j jumps outside of the function
Add EGCS compiler
nops at the beginning of the files are now skipped.
Fix disasmdis not properly accepting spaces
Add iQue-specific libultra syms and hardware regs
Add --data-start and --data-end flags to singleFileDisasm
