Add FindDuplicateFile python script #59

Purpose This PR contains a python script which facilitates the user to find files which are common between two folders.

Motivation The idea for this came out of necessity to backup files to my hard disk drive. I would often spend time figuring out whether I've already backed-up the file(s).
