Fix data collection and add progress indicator

Changes Proposed

• Remove multi-threading from data gathering
• Add progress bar that indicates loading status
• Fix bug with data directory not existing
• Use -u flag passed to command

Explanation of Changes

This should fix the bug that is causing the hanging, it adds a progress bar to indicate loading status, it removes multi-threading which is slower but more consistent and the URL being passed is actually being used now instead of hiddenwiki.org.
