full-stack conda installation: PackagesNotFoundError

I'm trying to follow the full-stack conda installation guide of dedalus v2 documentation.

When I typed in

conda install -c conda-forge dedalus

I got the following error message:

PackagesNotFoundError: The following packages are not available from current channels:

We don't natively support windows, but you can try installing via the windows subsystem for linux.
