3 years ago I think we should also have a generic way how to detect packages with wrong version handling (docker and nginx are further such candidates with broken versioning)

From (examples) 7.10.0-1buster to 7.10.0-1bullseye.
Harmless leftover, but in the past old versions depended on obsolete packages.
