The function of tree2gd test is to enable users to quickly check and complete the software configuration, so we only provide a few sequences of each species as input, so as to achieve the goal of completing the test within a few minutes for a single cpu. The homepage uses the analysis completed by all genes. It takes about 8 cups of 5-6 hours to complete the analysis, which is not suitable for testing. This figure already contains all the results of gene duplication, gene acquisition and loss, and gene pair of ks and 4dtv. Individual detailed results of each species are also generated in the step6 subfolder. You are currently tree2gd Test can get this figure smoothly, which indicates that you can use your own gene set to complete the analysis.
