Updating structure and adding seperate folders #1

Updating the file structure as before everything was running under index.js

This makes it easier as it is all split out.

I have also added ranks and updated the calls to retrieve data from Riot API

Currently having an issue with modules not being found. Will look to fix this and merge to main once that is done.
