Tasks: Installl toasts html files in templates/includes folder Add message severity checking in base.html Add relevant toasts styling (including point-arrow) into base.css

Done - ie setup Toasts functinoality - 23/01/24. But haven't get invoked or tested it

Sprint 1 Review 29/01/24. Toasts functionality has been added, however not integrated with remainder of app and therefore not tested. Add issue for Sprint 2

Sprint 1 Review - closing out this issue as the toasts capability has been added. However it has not been integrated or tested. Adding new issue #15 for integration of Toasts into Allauth and other functionality
