User Story: SO_06, RU_06 Update Order Status from Sysadmin console #44

EPIC: #48 #34 Follow-on from #58

SO_06 As System Owner I want to track orders raised to ensure they progress through the shipping lifecycle
SO_07 As System Owner I want to link to an post tracking to provide delivery status to customers
RU_06 As a Returning User I want to view my order status so I know if the order has been shipped

Assumptions or Pre-Requisites:

Base site is up & running with checkout etc
Order follows a logical status flow - ORDERED - PACKED - SHIPPED - RECEIVED
SysAdmin console has been created with 'grid' approach to orders
SysAdmin can see orders raised and their status, delivery method and planned ship date on order confirmation & email
Customer is sent email notification on reaching 'ORDERED' status

Acceptance Criteria: (Must be completed before task is moved to 'Done')

[x] SysAdmin must be able to update status as needed
[x] Allow progression to, and send customer email creation when order moves to 'PACKED' status
[x] Allow progress to, and send customer email creation when order moves to 'SHIPPED' status
[x] Allow progression to RECEIVED status

Tasks

[x] Task1 Implement buttons/ modal functionality in Sysadmin console
[x] Task2 Build javascript to recognise which order's button is pressed and respond accordingly
[x] Task3 Build email templates for status updates
[x] Task4 Build views/function send_update_email to structure and send status update email for a given order: send_update_email(request, order-id)
[x] Test

Done with one issue - cannot add tracker # to order - added as Issuenum 122. Closing out this one as pretty much done.
