Pipework is consistent with new placement of radiators
Pipework allows for understairs toilet (possibly future)
Pipework allows for efficient transfer of heat

Task 1: Plumber to deepen centre channel from from right hand side (new exterior boiler site) to left hand side
Task 2: Plumber (Mikey) to lay new insulated pipes along central channel and reaching all rads
