Tasks Task 1: Phone through to Electric Ireland and establish that the PAYG meter (MPRN 10022084177) belongs to them Task 2: Agree a date range for deactivating the smart PAYG meter (can be done remotely) Task 3: Awaiting run-down of credit on the existing PAYG meter Task 4: Phone and trigger deactivation of the smart PAYG meter (failed on first attempt as operator was inexperienced and disconencted the call; tried again and got someone who was able to deal with the request competently) Task 5: Request removal of existing PAYG meters - smart PAYG and coin-operated Task 6: Awaiting phonecall to schedule date for removal of existing PAYG meters
