As a user I can easily navigate the site so that I understand where I am, and how to move around to different areas

Assumptions:

Acceptance Criteria

Navbar for normal user must include Home - Lifestage/Interests filter or search bar - Profile (& tasks)
Navbar must include dropdown admin section
