I just learned that Vim has the ability to have personalized code for autodetecting filetypes.
I have several Vim settings that I prefer to set when viewing Devel::DumpTrace logfiles, to make it easier to scan the voluminous data. So far, I had been triggering those manually, but it would be nice if those could be automatically run.
