iDevice Detection problem #277

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? It doesn't detect or 
connect to my iDevice

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPod 4G, running iOS 5.1.1,

Please provide any additional information below
I have forgotten the Passcode of the device, trying to log in to it and delete 
"Keychain" file by using your SW, but I have stucked at the starting point. I 
am using iPhonebrowser V1.9.3
